Fitness Classes

Fitness classes are included with your membership. 
If you want to try a class out, your first visit to the gym is free! After your first visit, you can either get a membership or pay $5 per visit.

Monday at 5:30 pm 
Whether you have never participated in a yoga class before, consider yourself an expert, or fall somewhere in between this class is for you. 

Thursday at 6:30 pm.    This class is designed to fit the needs of everyone. It includes elements of cardio, muscle conditioning, and balance and flexibility.  It is sure to get your heart pumping and the calories burning.     .

Monday and Wednesdays at 3:50 pm. (Paused during for Summer Break. We will resume in August) This class is sure to push you, however you are able to work at your own pace. The first thirty minutes the class will focus on cardio,and the last fifteen minutes includes an ab or arm routine depending on the day. 

Specialty Classes
Our personal trainer, Donna, is offering classes for an additional $5 per class. 
Monday and Wednesday at 9am
